I feel like I'm twelve again, making cakes and cookies, it's been more than ten years since I decided to get my hands dirty and bake something for the whole family, though this breaks out of my effort to take care of my health and weight, being in the second half of my twenties (OUGHHHH I'm young!) I need to take care of what I take to my mouth, which enjoys any kind of crappy food.
The cookies are ready!!! I lil'bit over cooked... oh well, in my defense I am no sure what's the temperature of the oven, so I guess, here, next time I'll take them out at around 7-8 min and also will do them smaller, still the taste is quite good.
I'm waiting for Mirella and Marc (good good friends) to get here to eat them.
There's some therapeutic thing on making things with your hands, somehow the physical activity eases the brain.
I'm so excited about the cookies, they are not the best gotta say, but I already sent pics to my firends and family, haha. I'm proud of my almost success, though a second attempt will do to master the event.
